After harvesting the agaves, they are crushed and, according to their organoleptic characteristics, they are separated in groups of compounds, subsequently extracting their scents.

It is a classic infusion. Plant ingredients are infused with the agave liquor so the liquid can absorb scents.

It is distilled according to a unique technique so that the plants and the agave liquor come to a perfect blend when soaked in with the spirits and flavors. Which give us as a result an exquisite mixture, where a touch of juniper prevails over the flavors, although a touch of citric and fresh herbs arise from this spectacular GRACIAS A DIOS AGAVE GIN.
